Our Sales Process

The group is sold...now what?

  1. Notify Implementation Department that group is sold and indicate which products the group elected.
  2. Implementation will email a group setup packet directly to the client. The Peak1 account manager will be copied on the email. 
  3. Peak1 will work directly with the group to ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and returned in a timely manner.
  4. Once the setup packet is ready, the group emails the completed packet to Implementation for processing.

Please allow up to 10 business days for paperwork to be processed. For account based products, please allow 2-3 weeks for debit cards to be set up.
